However, it will not load on more recent kernels, typically above 6.1, with the officially recommended kernel by Moore Threads being 5.15. If you are using a fairly recent kernel, the "Compute" version strips out all graphical capabilities but still supports purely compute-related workloads (such as AI workloads) and has been tested to work on kernels as recent as 6.17.
